abiotec – advanced bioprocess technologies – provides services and technical turn-key-solutions ensuring Quality and Efficiency of Bioprocesses.

Our activities comprise R&D services for process optimization as well as support for the topic of "Process Analytical Technologies" (PAT).

In this context abiotec develops, manufactures and distributes modular PAT-Master Systems for R&D environments, pilot- and production-facilities.
A long-term proven modular concept with units for sterile sampling / sample transport / sample preparation as well as the application of in-line sampling probes enables for easy integration of a broad spectrum of analytical devices from established manufacturers.

As a result essential biochemical and biological process variables are documented in a validated manner and become accessible to superior systems for strategies in the framework of "Quality by Design" (QbD) concepts.
